111 or below it very low marks in IPU-CET entrance examination to get admission in the good colleges under IPU-CET. Coming to you rank it should be between 18k to 25k..I can't give you the exact figure because ranks are changing every year.

I think that NLIU(Bhopal) and GNLU(Gandhinagar) are same..

As standard as nature of Education is concern both are Equally great there isn't much contrast in GNLU or NLIU, 

GNLU offer numerous course Such as BBA BCOM BSC BA BSW LLB which isn't accessible in any college of india. Staff

Your clat rank is quite good and yes you can definitely get good NLU in 2nd or 3rd round of counselling. Donot forget to apply your domicile certificate this increases your chances of selection in the state NLUs.
