Yes,  you do have a good chance of making it to one of the NLU. Since you are a domicile of Uttar Pradesh you have a good chance of making it to RMLNLU.  Keep an eye on the notifications for Vacant lists of RMLNLU.  Apart from that you can surely get into ;
