There is a fair chance of getting NLU with your score. You have scored really good in CLAT. You will get into top 5 NLUs. Plus you have a greater chance of getting into NLU Lucknow, as you have UP domicile. NLUs prefer domicile students first. Also, with every list, you may get a higher NLU if the seats remain vacant.

If you are not getting any other top college than you can definitely try in it . First year would be difficult because infrastructure in not complete and will be completed till next year but the college is just 40 min away from delhi so you will have a great location advantage for seminars , workshops, internships
