Hello student with this rank its difficult but yes there's chances you'll get admission in 2nd 3rd round as admission is directly based on category rank and your category rank is good.

Hi Team, I got a CLAT Rank 6111 and wanted to go for NLU college. What is the chance of getting admission in NLU after third round?

Shubhankar Tak 17th Jun, 2019

HELLO! VENKATA SATYANARAYANA ALETI

SEE CLAT RANK 6111 IS TOO HIGH AND FROM PAST YEAR TRENDS IT WILL BE DIFFICULT AS A GENERAL CATEGORY (IF YOU ARE) TO GET ADMISSION.

SO ITS BETTER TO TAKE PRIVATE COLLEGES. SOME GOOD PRIVATE COLLEGES ARE MENTIONED BELOW:

JINDAL GLOBAL LAW SCHOOL SONIPAT

SYMBIOSIS LAW SCHOOL PUNE

ARMY INSTITUTE OF LAW MOHALI

NIRMA UNIVERSITY AHMEDABAD

SCHOOL OF LAW CHRIST UNIVERSITY BANGALORE

ALSO CHECK OUR PREDICTOR AND TOP PRIVATE COLLEGE LIST:

I got air 2953(general) with 129.25 marks.Having jharkhand state domicile, Is there any chances of getting nlu ranchi in 2nd list??

abhikshaw100_9176398 Student Expert 17th Jun, 2019

Hey Saurav,

The CLAT cutoffs are yet to be relased by the consortium for NLU Ranchi.Based on the trend of cutoffs you have less chances for admission into NUSRL Ranchi. The cutoff ranks for CLAT are expected to be higher than past year with respect to the level of CLAT exam 2019.

It would had been better if you had mentioned your home/state rank.To be on the safe side you should apply for the other private colleges in your state.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

My clat rank is 4900 with 120 marks, can i get admission in any NLU.

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 17th Jun, 2019

If you fall in general category then with the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you won't have any chances of getting into an NLU but you can definitely look out for for other good colleges like

  • Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology
  • JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus, school of Law
  • Chander Prabhu Jain college of higher studies
  • Delhi Metropolitan Education society
  • ICFAI Dehradun
  • Symbiosis law school

But if you belong to reserved category then you definitely have chances of getting into an NLU except NLSIU Bangalore and NALSAR Hyderabad.

Hello dear aspirant!!!

Cut off marks change every year depending upon the difficulty level of the questions asked in the exam..

Although the cutoff changes still with 4715 general rank you stand no chance of any nlu.

All the best.

I have got 5975 rank in clat 2019 is there any chance me getting nlu after 4 july in vacant seat of nlu?

mahimadogra_6929406 Student Expert 17th Jun, 2019
Hey.
The cut off for admission in any of the National Law Universities through CLAT in the previous year was a rank in the range of 1600 for the general category. Considering that your rank is 5975 you do not seem to have any chances for any of the National Law Universitiesif you belong to the general category. Usually there are vacancies in the lower NLUs as people leave their seats for other colleges. You don't seem to have a fair chance even then. As the vacancies fill maximum around a rank of 3000-3500 and not more than that. There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities. You can try for those instead
Best of luck
