NCERT will declare the final NTSE cut off 2019 for stage 2 exam in the month of September 2019. The cutoff will be displayed in the form of a pdf file.
Last year the cutoff was 150 for General Category students. This year, it may vary due to changes
Try and cover the entire CBSE SST syllabus of classes 9 and 10 from NCERT books. Topics like India and the Contemporary World - II, Contemporary India - II, Democratic Politics - II , Understanding Economic Development need to be completely covered. You can also read on Best books
Apps for NTSE preparation like NTSE 2019 etc. will provide you with sample questions and answers for them but you must go through the NCERT books for thorough preparation of the exam. Solving previous year's question papers in a stipulated time will make you familiar with the different types
You can use apps on NTSE 2019 if you wish to study online. Otherwise, it's best to study from NCERT books for class 9 and 10. You must also solve and analyse as many sample papers or previous year question papers to know the different types of questions asked
