The qualifying cut off of NTSE 2019 is 40% for General/OBC and 32% for SC/ST category students separately in MAT and SAT papers. Your score seems good enough to qualify the first stage of NTSE 2019 but getting selected for the second stage of NTSE 2019 depends totally on
No cold feelings, but I don't think you will be able to qualify as the paper this year was very easy and the cutoff will easily be around 160-165.
Still, as Abhinav said, let us hope for the best...

NTSE Haryana cutoff for 2018-19 will be released along with the result in the last week of January. The qualifying cutoff is 40% for general category and 32% for SC/ST. But the final selection will depend on the cutoff released by SCERT Haryana which is expected to vary

The qualifying cutoff marks for general /OBC is 80 marks and reserved category is 64 marks.
