As a General category students you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Telangana NTSE cutoff.

Its difficult to predict cutoff this year however you can take 90 to 135 as fair rnage under General category as cutoffs marks because 20% drift in cutoff can be expected.
