The NTSE qualifying cut off 2019 is 40% and 32% for General/OBC and SC/ST categories separately in each paper-MAT and SAT. The official cut off for Haryana 2019 will be released along with the result. Those who schieve the cut off marks will be eligible to appear for NTSE

It depends upon lots of factors.
Every year the paper is different with the different difficulty level, number of participants etc.
But, if you don't want to put much labor, just make a target of around 70–80℅, you will be on a safer side.

Cut off is going to be above 170
So there is no chance of getting qualified

I got 150/200 . I have any chance or not to selection in Stage 1
Minimum 40 marks each in MAT and SAT is must for qualifying and overall cutoff has been 117marks as per previous years trends in General category.
Hence very good chances for conversion at Stage2 NTSE in Your case.
