the board has two colleges offering BTECH accepting NPAT. The names are:- Mukesh Patel School Of technology Management and engineering and SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of management studies.

There is not cutoff provided for the college for different branches. It totaly depends on the merit list of this year. You better apply for both the colleges. If you have any reservation or if the college entertains any reservation than better to use it to ease the process of admission. for more information Visit the official webpage of the board.

Look, 200+ score has a chance to get a seat in nims mumbai. The cut-off for shortlist is around 207–209, with sectional cut-offs generally  55–56 in Verbal, 60-61 in the Logical Reasoning, and 72–74 in QA. A score greater than 210 can definitely get a seat in this college.

The college has not given any specific cutoff list or any data of previous year counselling. So it is purely based on the merit list of this year. You should apply for the college which accepts this entrance exam. You have good rank so it is highly probable that you will get an admission.

depends on what are the alternatives in your hand.NMIMS Banglore is not as famous as NMIMS mumbai, also with a rank of 3981, it is quite difficult to get a call in Nmims mumbai campus.

so it is better if you secure your seat in Bangalore.

With your above mentioned rank, it'll be quite tough for you to get admission in Mumbai branch. 

I'll suggest you to wait till the last rounds of counselling as this may fetch you a seat in Mumbai branch otherwise you can go for other branches also.
