As per your Info. If you are a S-SC candidate with AIR 17463 then you have very good chance of getting a seat in NUSRL, Ranchi. Even a S-SC student got a seat in Round 1 counselling with Rank of 21617. You can get more info at Cutoff

As per your rank and category, you won't get admission in National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. The cut off rank is around 2000.
