See it's quite difficult to tell you that how many marks exactly you would get if you practice questions from aforesaid books because it depends upon the aspirant, how he/she prepares or practice the questions and depending upon only one book for NEET which is single largest national

If you get a soft copy the advantage is that it won't get damaged, you do not have to carry around many heavy books but require just your phone, save a lot
