Yes of course Ncert books are like Bible for NEET extrance exam. Every thing is based on Ncert concepts. And if you say question too then no question are based on the concepts not exactly the same. You can check previous years sample papers and find yourself the similarities.

See it's quite difficult to tell you that how many marks exactly you would get if you practice questions from aforesaid books because it depends upon the aspirant, how he/she prepares or practice the questions and depending upon only one book for NEET which is single largest national
