Morning is the best time to read theoretical subjects. As you are going to read NCERT you should make the proper schedule. First read the chapters which you like the most. Prepare short notes for quick revision. Solve all the previous years' questions related to the chapter you finish.

As of now, there has not been any updates from NEET exam conducting authority or government over the reduction of syllabus of NEET 2021.

I will suggest that until such updates are made, prepare for the exam as per the full syllabus of NEET.

@ AANCHAL WADHWANI you can study the books of your state. You can go through  sst books of class 9th and 10th of your state boards and do some important topics from NCERT and about the topics related to ancient history you should prefer the state boards books of class
