Around 97 to 98% questions in Neet are directly asked from NCERTs. So if you are studying NCERT well and thoroughly you'll be able to fetch a good score. Out of the syllabus questions are not usually asked. Everything is based on concept. Few tricky questions will be asked. As per this year's paper analysis, 5 to 7 questions in Biology were found difficult by the students. To complement this, CBSE has reduced the syllabus by 30% from class 9 to 12. And it is expected that this reduced syllabus by CBSE will be retained for Neet 2021.
