We do not have round specific cut offs. Nevertheless, in 2019, under All India Quota, a score of 630 marks secured a seat in IGMC, Shimla under General Category. That has been the cut off. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Before 2019 the NEET exam was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Before there were both type of entrance exam for NEET. That is state level and national level like mh cet, aiims exam etc.
Now there is only one national level exam for medical entrancc. Which is NEET NTA.

At the time of counselling the candidates are required to deposit two types of fees, a non refundable fee of 5000 and security deposit of 2 lakh rupees. The security deposit is given to the deemed university in which the student has took the admission and is adjusted in the first year fee or else it will be directly credited back to student's bank account provided at the time of counselling.

As per the previous years DEEMED UNIVERSITIES merit list, the top marks under NRI quota in NEET 2019 was within the range of 464-474. To be precise, the rank 70965 was the first one to be alloted NRI seat. You can access the merit list through the archives at the official site of MCC (Medical Counselling Committee).
