At a neet score of 430 you have less chances at government medical colleges under state quota as the cutoff is around 485+ and also this year cutoff has increase significantly.

We do not have 2019 data but with a score of 457, you do have decent chances for a seat in BAMS in Government College in UP through State Quota. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year
