As i can see that you have enquired for whether there are any bonus marks that are to be given in neet 2020 UG Programme . As per my knowledge NTA has released the NEET key and as per the key there were i guess  2 or 3 questions which were a bit doubtful in the paper .But aspirant however it can't be said that whether they are going to consider those bonus points or not. Lets hope for the best.
