if i get 398 marks in Neet 2020 then will i get admission for Bams in lokmanya tilak aurved college pune ?? ( i belong to OBC category )n lived in Maharashtra.

Rashmita Paul 15th Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

There are only 100 seats in this college. So chances are less. As your NEET score is 398. Your Overall Percentile is:  89.67 - 90.17 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is :  142305 - 174455 . For private college you can get it in 300+ marks. For OBC 40th percentile is required, so the cut-off score is 136-110.

Use this to predict  the colleges for MBBS or BDS by using this predictor link, if you want to see:

Hi there,

You can take up a seat in BDS/BAMS and continue preparing but at the time of leaving the college the college authorities sometimes don/t issue the TC very easily and in some cases they don't at all.

Please take the decision very seriously since you have got quite good marks you can consider to take a year off and prepare with full enthusiasm and good strategy.

Hope that helped...

Good Luck !!

424 marks in neet 2020 general category punjab ....where can I get mbbs in punjab state and AIQ

Soumili Majumdar 15th Oct, 2020
Hello there,
With 424 marks, your All India Rank will be around 1.1 to 1.3 lakhs approximately. You have low chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges in Punjab with this rank. You need to score atleast 518 to get a seat in government MBBS colleges. But you can try for BDS. You have fair chances in the same. There are many good private colleges where you can get a chance.
For more information about the same, check the link given below:

I have got dental college in state quota in Karnataka 436 marks neet 2020 but I am.not intersted can I have any chance to get medical seat in second round belongs to st category

S. Saha Student Expert 24th Nov, 2020
Going by last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get any government Medical college through State counselling. But you have chances to get government quota seats in Private Medical Colleges like
  • AJ Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Al Ameen Medical College
  • S. Nijalingappa Medical College and Research Centre
  • Kasturba Medical College
  • Shridevi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Hospital
  • Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre
etc through ST Category and state counselling. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change. To get complete list of all colleges you can get based on your rank use this link http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

i have hot 447 marks in neet 2020 and i belong to sc caterogy from andhra pradesh can i get mbbs seat

Anurag pal Student Expert 15th Oct, 2020

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbns college. So, with 447 marks being an sc candidate you have good chances of getting govt. Mbbs college under state quota, stay tuned to the counselling. You can also use college predictor through this link:

i have written my category as gen in neet 2020 but i am from obc. can i make corrections now for the councelling process ( i have delhi domicile ) will the category certificate help me get the reserved seat???

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 15th Oct, 2020

Aisha, if you have selected General Category as your Category while filling the NEET application form, correction window is your last chance to make corrections to it. One the correction window has passed, unfortunately you cannot make any changes to the NEET application form and neither can you attend the Counselling with a different Category. NTA has been clear about that part. So unfortunately even if you belong to OBC, because you selected General Category as your Category during NEET application form, you cannot change it OBC during Counselling. The last chance for you was the correction window.
