Hello student,

Your predicted marks for NEET 2020 is about 400, So I would suggest you to go through the rank predictor link for better understanding https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor

Now, you are from ST category and having Telengana domicile please follow the link below to know previous year's cutoffs category wise for both All india quota and State quota. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

The following factors on which the cut off of NEET depends are:

  1. Total number of students appearing in NEET exam
  2. The level of difficulty in the question paper
  3. Total number of available seats
  4. Rank in the NEET merit list

Now, according to your marks you have less chances in the MBBS colleges as the cutoff is 400+, for private colleges can try for Mahavir Institute, MNR college, Malla reddy, Prathima,RVM, Sadan medical colleges etc.

Please follow this college predictor tool for more clear vision about the college you have a chance according to your score https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

what can be the worst least expected rank for 627 marks in neet 2020

S. Saha Student Expert 14th Oct, 2020
627 marks in Neet is really an amazing score. With this rank you can expect a rank within 2500 to 4200. But this is your expected rank and can differ from the actual one as there are certain criteria which are taken into consideration for calculating the rank. Now with this score you have fair chances of getting a good government college through all India quota such as Andhra Medical College, Nalanda Medical college, Pt DDU medical college, Government Medical college surat, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal, Medical Colleges of Himachal, GMC Kollam, GMC Nagpur, SCB Medical college Cuttack, GMC Amritsar, Guru Govind Singh Medical College Faridkot, RNT Medical college, Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College Ajmer, Dr SN Medical College, Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical college, Calcutta National Medical College, IPGMER Kolkata and many more colleges. The list is quite long. You can check the cutoffs are http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges You haven't mentioned your home state. I Expect 456 marks in NEET 2020, will I get any semi government MBBS college through SEBC quota in Maharashtra?

barkhapoptani 14th Oct, 2020

Hello,

Sebc is even lower than obc and sc category. It is even lower than ews category. It is estimated to be 45.23% that sums up to 140 -150 marks. So you are overqualified already.

According to last year the closing rank was on rank 39441 in Maharashtra that is marks 508-518.You can get a private college in Maharashtra as dy patil, acpm, pdmc, etc.

Your score doesn't even seems near. But you can apply for private colleges and other courses as bhms bams bpt which are also good in future.
