According to the official information brochure, the security fees will be refunded after 30 days after completion of all the rounds of online counselling only when no seat was allotted.

Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra release the NEET cutoff Maharashtra 2021 in an online mode at info.mahacet.org.  Maharashtra NEET cut off 2020 was released by the State Common Entrance Test Cell after the admission process is over. Candidates must note that, here, Maharashtra NEET 2020 cut off represents the last ranks admitted to the seats that fall under the 85 percent state quota. • VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi: 611
• University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi: 626

Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 630-650 marks because cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

The deposit for deemed, central seats i.e. 10,000 or 2,00,000 will be done after all the rounds of counselling are completed. Tentatively, this date is around the first week of September. In case you get a seat in any round of counselling, and decide to not join due to any which reason, your money will be blocked and it won't be refunded. This is the “no-free exit” policy by the MCC, to bring a sense of seriousness in the students and the parents regarding the counselling process.
