With 120 marks you will qualify with borderline marks and even for a seat in Private Medical Colleges for BDS, you will need 400 and above for OBC reservation. Management Quota seats are also very difficult with this rank. In 2019, the NEET cut off for OBC Category was 107-133. This year the cut offs will increase. If they increase, you might not qualify and so you cannot get a seat. I think you should prepare for NEET and write NEET 2021. To get BDS one must score above 480+ markas. For BAMS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. For private it is 300+. As your NEET score is 324. To get MBBS seat one must score above 450+ to get private college. And for government one must score above 525. As your NEET score is 435. Your Overall Percentile is:92.46 - 92.96 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is :102924 - 135074 . Also depends upon last years cut-off. With OBC also you may get chance in private college but the fees will be a bit high.

With respect to last year, 440 marks may give you all india rank of around 91000-92000.
According to last year you have chances to get an A-category seat in anyone of the private medical colleges in AP.
Cut off keeps changing every year based on various grounds.
