at what level, CO or SDO level do we need to have ews certificate for neet 2020. I am from bihar. also can I use 10th marksheet as DOB proof?

An EWS Certificate issued by a local authority with duly signed and attested is good and considered authentic enough. Even if it is at Tehsildar or SDO level, it is still considered good.

As you have not mentioned your category so assuming your general category and recognising previous year cut off it would be tough to say that you will get get admission for Mbbs in government college or in good private college . but still as you know cut

in 2019 neet exam closing AIR for tamilnadu government college bc category is 68589 (mark - 470) in neet 2020 exam my AIR is 58158 .(mark - 537) . from this data shall i consider that i will get government medical college in tamilnadu through state quota?
