i have scored 424 in neet 2020. My AIR is 158372. My category rank is 69000. I am from karnataka. Are there chances of getting a good medical seat ? or should i take a drop ?

As per your question, according to your rank and marks in NEET you may get good and average colleges where you can get persue your degree comfortably rather than dropping as per my opinions. You may get colleges as per your rank like :-

These are some of the few colleges as per your rank in NEET which you may get as per last year cutoffs and trends. And as per my opinion you should go and have your degree rather than going for drop.
