NEET 2020
Assuming you are from General Category, with a score of 545 in NEET 2020, I believe you had good chances in securing a seat in MBBS at one of the Top State Medical Institutes if not Government Medical Colleges. You even had excellent chances in securing a seat at one of the Top Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka like KMC Manipal or ones under COMEDK Medical Counselling like KIMS or Ramaiah or Bangalore Institute of Medical Sciences. The above medical colleges have good infrastructure, faculty and hospital facilities and provide effective medical education.
Hope you have participated in the respective Counselling Procedure and got your seat. If not, there are still many Spot/Vacancy Rounds going on at many State or Government Medical Colleges. Do keep an eye on the respective website for more details.
However I would suggest you to consider a drop and with only few months before NEET 2021, in May or June, you could effectively prepare with the same dedication and secure a Top Medical Institutes like AIIMS, KGMU or JIPMER in next fall. Most of the students I have come across, who have secured in 500-550 Range in first try have gone on to secure really high scores in their next ranging between around 650.

Hello,
Firstly, As in the present time, some of the states in India have Made Neet UG exam compulsory. Secondly, States like Maharashtra and Uttarakhand take Direct admission in BAMS course to Neet Eligible Students only. But still in some states like Karnataka and Punjab take BAMS Admission without Neet.
Cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total number of applicants in the entrance examination. General category cut off for Neet AIQ is 17336. So you need to obtain rank around 17300 if you are from General category.
Neet Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

Dear Student,
yes you can take admission at the Government BAMS College as well as prepare for NEET 2021 at the same time. But it is essential that you do not sign any kind of bond with the college you are taking admission in. Apart from that do keep in mind that a lot of work needs to be put in if you are willing to pursue BAMS as well prepare for NEET 2021 at the same time.
Hello aspirant
Neet cut off 2020 government medical colleges in Jammu has not been declared as 2019 Neet counselling is not over.
