i got 411 in neet 2020 .i belong to mbc community with 2521 community rank and state rank is 10513.is there any chances to get bds course in reputed colleges in tamil nadu?

AKSHAYA.V.A. 12th Dec, 2020

Hello!

There are good chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed colleges. No chances for government college. But yes there are good chances for you to get a seat reputed bds college. But the thing is that the fees will be expensive. With this mark last year you could have even got a government medical seat. This situation is because of the pandemic which pushed the competition to a different extent. When you go for reputed college they might even ask for a hidden fee.

All the best. Hope the answer was of some help.

Thank you

can we pay neet 2020 registration fee today and login ? I got just 97 marks in neet 2020 I didnt attended counselling till now So is there any possibility to get a private college at least ? I belong to ST category

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 12th Dec, 2020

Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for Neet counselling

This is because,

With 97 marks you have failed to qualify Neet examination

Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So,  with 97 marks you have failed in NEET examination as being from st category at least 113 marks is required to qualify Neet 2020 examination

So,
If you want to pursue medicine, I suggest you to prepare again for Neet examination and don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below

248 marks in NEET 2020... Open category... Can I get any bams private clg in maharashtra..??

Anurag Khanna 12th Dec, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

On such marks and category you have no chance to get any of the medical college for BHMS under All India quota counselling but yes you can try through state quota counselling of Maharashtra, chances are less but still you can try. Also I would recommend you to either try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.

OR

Take a drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/?product=50&icn=knockout-neet-2021-may&ici=

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Regarding NEET 2020 - Candidate Registers for Deemed Univ and Govt institute and pays 205000 as registration fee. Candidate however does not any choice filling and locking for Deemed and does only for Govt Institute, would he be eligible for Stray round and or else would get the amount refunded ?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 12th Dec, 2020

The Stray Vacancy round is conducted by the respective Deemed University/AIIMS/JIPMER branch. MCC will forward the list of registered Candidates who qualified in NEET for All India Quota seats on the basis of their ranks. There is no fresh registration for Stray Vacancy round. You are eligible for Stray Vacancy round as long as you do not fall in any of these 3 Categories.

Joined the Allotted seat in Round 2 of All India Quota/Deemed/Central Universities

Was allotted a seat in the Mop Up Round of All India Counseling

Joined a seat allotted in  the Mop Up Round of All India Counseling

But because your case falls in none of the Categories mentioned above, you are eligible to participate in Stray Vacancy round. According to https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Documents/UGSchemeFinal.pdf , those not eligible for Stray Vacancy round of Deemed Universities are:

Joined the Allotted seat in Round 2 of All India Quota/Deemed/Central Universities

Was allotted a seat in the Mop Up Round of All India Counseling

Joined a seat allotted in  the Mop Up Round of All India Counseling

Who haven't registered for Rounds 1, 2 and Mop Up Round of All India Counselling.

I have 320 marks in neet 2020 with obc category, 291201AIR and 127403 obc Rank , Im a muslim candidate. There is 17Gen,2Muslim seats Vacant.should I go on spot for stray vacancy round for BDS in JMI?

daniasufian2000 19th Jan, 2021

Hello student!

I'm very sorry to mention that with the above marks you don't have much  chances of getting a BDS seat even if you belong to OBC category since  the cutoff for this year has been at tremendous height and for securing a BDS seat as a dental medicine a demand has been very increased nowadays you need to cross a score of at least 420 so that you secure a seat since you  belongs to OBC category but you have a score of only 320 there is a lot difference in the score so they are quite not possible chances of you getting a BDS seat in the stray vacancy.

Hope this helps you!

Regards!

I am from maharshtra I got 351 marks in neet 2020 can I get semi gov bams clg in maharashtra I belongs to obc q

daniasufian2000 10th Dec, 2020
Hello candidate!
They are very less chance of you getting a seat in Ayurvedic college. Since the cutoff for this year has been a tremendous height we cannot exactly predict whether you will get the SEED or not but for sure you cannot get it in any government Ayurvedic college and for the safe side for getting and ayurvedic seat you need to cause a score of 440 have a score of 352 where the getting seat cannot be decided but still I wish you all the best for your seat in any of the private Ayurvedic colleges you can have a try and hope for the private colleges in Ayurvedic.

Hope this helps you!
Regards!

I am ap student and got neet 2020 ap state rank 9347 and in merit list 8647 belongs to oc, ews, female. can I get any government colleges in ap in mbbs/bds please tell

suchayitaanusaha 10th Dec, 2020

Hello,

Congratulations for your rank. But with your rank it's quite difficult because every year cutoff marks will change basis of merit list, college.

But you can get a government college with counselling or mopup round. Otherwise you can get private college in government quota.

All the best.
