However I am giving a link below from which you can check out the NEET cut-off score for different colleges situated in Jharkhand under state quota as well as ALL India Quota :-

Note that the cut-offs mentioned in the above link are of 2019 because counselling for 2020 is no over yet so the cut-offs are not finalized yet, so you can have an idea about the cut-offs of different colleges and also the cut-offs have been increased this year by around 15-25 marks.
If you are talking about NEET qualifying cut-off then it is same in all over India as released by NTA which is mentioned below :-

Dear aspirant
Your mark and ranks are so low and in your category there almost zero chance to get govt BAMS seat through AIQ AYUSH counselling, even you have very less chance in state Ayush counseling tooo in your category.
At this marks you can get only Private/deemed BAMS colleges in AIQ or through your state ayush counseling. If you are looking for govt. BAMS colleges at this marks so to be frank you will not get but yeah you can try. If you have plan to prepare for next year then you can Start from now itself.
Hope I may have resolved your query
All the best !!

Deleep, you haven't mentioned your Category and whether you are enquiring about All India Counselling or State Counselling. Now if it is for All India Counselling, mop up round is only for vacant seats of Deemed Universities, Central Universities, IP Quota of ESIC Medical Colleges, AIIMS and JIPMER. No GMC will participate in All India Counselling. And so with a score of 501, irrespective of your Category, you might have chances for Deemed Universities under Management Quota and the fees is more than 50 lakhs. Now coming to the State Counselling, going by your profile, we understand that you belong to Kerala. And if ou belong to SC/ST Categories, you might have a chance for a seat in Government Quota of Private Medical Colleges but if you belong to General Category, the chances are slim. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer .
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile.
On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any private medical college according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 433 for Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar under state quota for General category. But yes you can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile and category as general.
So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting government quota seat for MBBS in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
