As per last year, with 464 marks your all India rank would be around 72000. It is a prediction it may or may not be came true . Persons belonging to backward area belong to RBA category and with this category students of JAMMU AND KASHMIR are able to get admission in different medical colleges for MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses.
In Jammu And Kashmir there is different cutoff for boys and girls because 50% of the total seats are distributed among girls.
So talking about previous year, student (boy) with a score of 505 was able to get MBBS in Government Medical College Doda.
Now talking about girls last year a girl candidate with a score of 421 got MBBS in GMC Doda.

NEET 2020 cut off marks for PMCH ,PATNA was
OBC - Air 7971 and 532 marks
EBC - Air 7964 and 532 marks.
So if you want to get this college in obc category then your marks must be 625+ and all india rank below 8k.

P&B refers to the poor and backward families and with this category students of UT of Jammu & Kashmir and ladakh are able to took admission in ASCOMS ( Acharya Shri Chandra College Of Medical Sciences And Hospital Jammu ).
Note that you can't take admission through P&B category in Government Medical Colleges.

According to final merit list of NEET 2020 released by JKBOPEE ,a student with 549 score got MBBS in ASCOMS-JMU through P&B category.
Recently JKBOPEE has also released roll no. wise list of candidates of J&K and Ladakh who appeared in NEET 2021 and there are 443 candidates scoring above 549. Last year only 427 students scored above 549 marks.
