According to the information available about the counselling at different sites that in list of documents required it is written that and many colleges have also asked for the admit card or hall ticket . Once you check from where you have downloaded if you can download it again and there is no signature available of the invigilator then also it can be carried on.

Apart from counselling for private medical colleges, the state authority will also conduct state quota counselling seats for government medical colleges. Reservation criteria only apply for state quota seats only. While fot private colleges there is no reservations based on candidate category. So you can get in government quota seat in private medical colleges. But you can get admission in any private medical college in this score.

As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high.cutoff increases by many factorslike difficulty level,total students appearing for exam etc.but with previous year analysis we can find possibilites into colleges.you have tough or no chances to fetch seat in govt colleges.however as you are from reserved cat,you have few chances toget into private colleges for bams.
