Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with all india rank of 21216 you hold a low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example, in neet 2019, all india rank of 14621 for general category was the cut off rank to get a seat in government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
But yes, With your rank you have very good chances for govt quota seats in private medical under UP state quota which are listed :-

*Era's Lucknow Medical College, Lucknow:-

Hello,
The cut off for NEET 2020 for general category is 147-720 marks. The score you have scored is just above the cut off marks with such score it is difficult to get seat in any course be it in AIQ Mop Up round or State counselling. You should score minimum 600-620 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a college based on NEET score. You might have to prepare or NEET 2021 if your ambition is to become a doctor.

Hello Dear,
There are three type of BAMS colleges are there in Maharashtra. There cutoff may be this year. As you the cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors.
1) Government BAMS colleges - Cutoff of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC. Fees is lowest in range of 20000
2) Semi - Government BAMS colleges - Cutoff for this type of Colleges are somewhat lower and fees is higher than government in range of 40–50000. Its Cutoff is 400+ for General Candidate and 360+ for OBC.
3) Private BAMS colleges - Now this is the most variable type of cutoff. As Colleges with low fee tend to have higher Cutoff and high fee college has low cutoff. Fees is in range of 1–3 lakh per year. Cutoff is in range of 300+ for General and 280+ for OBC.

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well
It would be better if you had mentioned about your category.
As per general category it is difficult to get mbbs seat .
If you belong to reserved category then you may have slight chances to get seat.
Also try to put some back up option as cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors.
Hope this helps you
All the best!
Dear aspirant
You have specified your category although 270 is very low score to get govt or govt aided college in all india ayush counseling of BAMS. You have almost very poor chances that you will get govt college. You might get Private/deemed BAMS colleges as per your marks.

•OBC- AIR 45352 (506 MARKS)

Your All India Rank is 156109. With this rank, it is highly difficult for a seat in a Government Medical College. It is also difficult for a seat in Government Quota of Private Medical Colleges. For a seat in a Government Medical College you have to score atleat 575 and above and for a seat under Government Quota of a Private Medical College, you will need more than 500.This year, with the highest NEET score being 720,the cut offs increased way higher. With this score, you might get a seat under Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges. Now you have 3 options.
