418 is a tad less score for a Government Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges. You will need atleast 475 and above. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates

Both your AIR as well category rank in NEET UG 2020 is pretty low, that is in the range of lakhs. With this it is very difficult for you to get into open category seats through the All India quota seats (15%) as well as the state quota
