First of all congratulations on getting such a nice score. Based on your OBC or BCE category you have some chances to get a seat in a good Govt. Medical college. You can also check the cut-off of different-different Govt. medical colleges to get an idea about seat

I can understand that this year despite of scoring such a high score you get such a  rank but this shows that how much the competetion is rising and also the cutoff is going to rise so much high .

I am sorry to say that with All India Rank 5583 and EWS rank 484 in NEET 2020, you will not get AIIMS Jodhpur based on previous years cutoff.

Even with EWS Reservation benefit, your All india Rank should be less than 1000 All india Rank to get
