NEET 2020 BDS cutoff in Karnataka varies across different dental colleges. It will also vary for SC students belonging to rural quota, Hyderabad-Karnataka quota etc.

i think proforma is not needed as the information bulletin is not updated......it the same (carbon copy)  as 2019 neet information bulletin. take only what the hall ticket instructions say.

In 2019, the least marks required to secure a GMC seat  for OBC Category under state quota was 575 marks for GMC, Bettiah in Bihar, hence it's difficult to secure a GMC with your given marks, you should explore other options of private colleges or deemed universities.

Having an excellent score of 583 in NEET, with AIR of 28k and I believe probably EWS/OBC Rank of 12k you can be assured she gets a MBBS seat in either of Government or good State Medical Colleges.
