As your NEET score is 545, so it is a very good score. Also it too depends upon last years cut-off. Listen, with 400 marks, there are chances to get in to a government medical college But it is good if you secure 600+ marks in NEET 2020. For private you need to score above 300
Adding it with 15% All India quota and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. Your Overall Percentile is: 97.88 - 98.38 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is :26683 - 37833 . There comes 27% seat reservation for OBC category.

With this score of yours it is quite difficult to predict either you will get chance for the admission in government college or not.
You can apply in private BDS colleges with this score my management quota or state quota.
You have not mentioned the state you are belonging to otherwise I can suggest you accordingly.
Its better to try again next year to score better you can use our knock out package which helps you to prepare for the exam for more details about this check out the link mentioned below

See there are total of 5210 seats for MBBS in 31 medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh and it's quite difficult to tell an exact figure of seats reserved for Telangana state candidates because both states are different and the management quota or private quota seats are the only seats for which Telangana state candidates can apply.
On such marks and category you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
