Baesd on the previous years cutoff, WIth that score and without any reservation, it wil be difficult to get into an MBBS government college this year through the AIQ quota.

Hello Mate...

In case of fingerprints in counselling form as far as I know no fingerprint is required for counselling process and if you got any college in counselling fingerprint in that college reporting is required or not can be known by that college administration only.
