The reservation cutoffs are different also the cutoff do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.

See if you have been allotted a college in Round 1 of AIQ NEET Counselling and you have also reported for admission confirmation so in this case also you are eligible for round 2 of counselling with the reservation of this seat means if you will participate in ROUND 2 of AIQ NEET Counselling conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC then your earlier allotted seat will be kept reserved for you and if you will get seat in Round-2 then the earlier allotted will automatically be cancelled an the amount you have paid will automatically be refunded.
