how much money is returned from college alloted in first counselling in up neet counselling if I get allotment in second round upgradation.

iammohdshareef 19th Nov, 2020
If you have paid whole fees then mostly many of the college's don't return fee's and will have a demand to only join in their college.

Few of the college's will return whole paid amount by submitting a written letter describing why you are going to other college.

So, visit the college with a letter or parents mostly they will either return whole amount or they will return 70% of fees

At 497 marks and 89000 rank and sc category in neet 2020. Can I get admission in gims noida through up 85%state quota counselling in 2nd round ? Help me pls

Pragya sarwaiya 19th Nov, 2020

Hi

As you have mentioned that you belong to SC category, there is good chance that you will get admission through 85% state quota.

497 is a good score but your rank ie. 89000 is too long.

But you can get admission by the end of second round.

Best of luck

At 497 marks and 89000 rank in neet 2020. Can I get admission in gims noida through up 85%state quota counselling in 2nd round ? Help me pls

Heena GJ 19th Nov, 2020

Hi Ankit

As you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it as general.

Cut off for GIMS Noida :

First round : 381295 rank

Second rank: 489485 rank

So by observing the above data, you have chances of getting seat here.

Note: This analysis is done as per previous year's data, cut off varies every year depending on no of students appearing, no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.

So cut off can be different for this year.

You should keep trying for different colleges.

Heena GJ 19th Nov, 2020

Hi Mansi

The Minimum marks in NEET to get into a Veterinary College are 350+ for General category. In general it ranges between 300–450. If you are applying for an all India quota (15%) then it may increase upto 400 for General category student.

Cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.

However you may get seat in private college .

Also you can even go for management quota .

Colleges that you can try:

1. Bombay Veterinary college

2. Nagpur Veterinary college

3. Krantisinh Nana Patil

With this state rank and your category you have decent chances of getting seat in government medical college and private college. But when you're getting government why to take private college I would suggest go for government college.

Colleges that you can try:

1. Andhra medical college

2. Guntur medical college

3. Siddhartha medical college

4. Osmania medical college

i have 491 marks in neet 2020 obc category 93000 rank category rank 41000 whether i will get any of the esic college under ip quota ?? please reply based on 2020 trend

rajeevanand843 18th Nov, 2020

Dear candidate

As neet counselling is going on and still many states haven't completed first round too so it's hard to tell exact cut off ranks or marks for NEET 2020. We can just tell possibility by comparing the ranks from the last year cutoff rank. Last year lowest cut off for ESIC IP wards for obc category was for Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College & Hospital Mandi - AIR 75185 (461 marks).

as this year ranks are very high at your marks so there are very less probability that you will get ESIC college at this marks. 530+ would be a safe marks to get ESIC college.

mopup round is finished in neet 2020 then what are the required marks for medical.college for sc

DrTeeth 28th Dec, 2020
Hi. you did not specify that whether you aim for the seats reserved for All india quota (15%) or the state quota (85%). The cut off for both these categories can be very different and usually the cut off is more for the 15% AlQ. cutoff is also highly variable from state to state.

official cutoff for medical college for sc under state quota for any state in neet 2020 and comparison with 2019?

DrTeeth 28th Dec, 2020
Taking the example of the state of Himachal Pradesh where there are six goverment medical colleges, let's compare:-
In 2019, the cutoff for general category was around 466 marks (final cut off for a GMC after 2nd round, no mop up round was there).
This year in 2020, the cut off has Shot up by 40 + marks. The cutoff for general category is around 505 marks. (This was for the and round, more rounds might be conducted)
It is evident that the cut off has increased a lot.
