Hello Aspirant,
See it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as number of candidates appearing in an examination, number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of paper and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have good chances of getting into some Private colleges and Deemed Universities but there are chances for Government Medical Colleges too in Tamil Nadu but as you have not mentioned your Home state so it is quite difficult to help you with an exact information. Note that this prediction is on the basis of previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Hello,
It's difficult to tell you exactly about the admission possibilities, as the cut-off changes every year .it depends upon various factors like the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the difficulty level of question, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off varies from state to state. It also differs between State and all india quota.
With this score, the chances seem less to get a seat in State quota seats and all india quota seals. This data is based upon the last year's cutoff.
However, you can have chances to get admission in deemed universities and private Colleges.
Use NEET college predictor tool to check your MBBS/BDS chances in medical /dental colleges based on your rank/score.

Shreya, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. To even try for a seat in Management Quota, you will have to qualify in NEET. In 2019, the cut off for OBC was 107-133. This year it is expected to go higher. If it is below 164, then yes, yuo can try for Management Quota seats in Stray vacancy round of Deemed Universities. But if the cut off is more than 164, then you cannot take admission.
