It's quite difficult to say anything regarding admission into any college as the cut offs every year keep on differing by a larger extent . Although according to the last year stats, the closing rank for Terna Medical College was around 28000 .

Your marks is quite low and as far the question of you getting a good college is concerned, it's difficult to say until counselling starts. There are many colleges with fees less than 10 lakhs per annum like Colleges in Karnataka, Bihar etc. I have attached a link below
