Hello,
Congratulations on your score you have chances of getting into top medical colleges of your state as last years cutoff was 567+ for obc category in delhi under 85% quota.

You have high chances of getting into following governement medical colleges :-

With 590 NEET score your  NEET AIR Rank will be around 9819 - 11469  and your NEET percentile will be around 99.08 - 99.58

However these information is based on last years cutoof and as cutoff changes everyyear depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and current COVID19 situation etc.

sir i got 548 mark in neet 2020. from general category. can i get government medical College or which?

Swarnabha Das 15th Sep, 2020

Dear student

At first congratulations and best wishes for your result  . I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling. You can still try in state counselling . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. But as per your rank you will definitely get that .You have not mentioned your state so we can help you precisely. however You must go for your respective state counselling.

i am getting 465 marks in NEET 2020 ....what is my expected rank and can i get govt medical college for MBBS.my category is general EWS

akashkumarpati.2000 15th Sep, 2020

Hey Prerana,

You can use Career 360 rank predictor to predict your rank on the basis of your marks :

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor

In this regard, I would also like to refer you to be gone through the cut-off details of last year (2019) of the top and esteemed Government Medical Colleges so that you can achieve a good perception about your admission possibilities:

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

After analysing this cut-off informations provided here, I guess it's too much clear for you also that if you're a General category student it's almost impossible for you to get any kind of opportunities in any Government MBBS and BDS colleges in any state with this marks and percentile.

Hence one thing I would like to suggest you that if you've intense dedication and passion in your mind to be an eminent doctor in future, so please try for a second attempt in next year with the better level of preparation, because if you'll manage to secure atleast 100 marks more (i.e. 565-75 marks) in next year NEET UG examination, then you'll obviously get the renowned Government Medical colleges in several states.

However think about it. You can also check Careers360 college predictor tool for your own mental satisfaction in this context:

Wish you all the best for your better future.
