Jammu and Kashmir will fill at its seats through State Counselling. For this year as well, Jammu and Kashmir is not participating in All India Counselling. With 390 marks in neet you have less than to get private medical college even you belong to BCA catagory. According to previous years cutoff you need to score 400 plus marks for private mbbs seat in Telangana through state quota.
