I'm sure about that you can registerd 2 time or not..
But their is no need and benefit of doing registrations 2 time..
You have to do only 1 time registration for neet counselling in Maharashtra 2020..
But you can fill many choices in the form..
Aspirant, I Fill the choice of course and give preferences to the college/institute.
Aspirants must aware about the thing, that there is no limit to the number of choicesa candidate can fill..

This time, their is no esic quota.. But recently
A new update has come from the authorities , that 'seats filled up in previous years under IP Quota in ESIC Medical/Dental Colleges would be filled up by DGHS, GoI, as All India Quota Seats'. Thus,
So, this time making it very clear that from the current academic session there will not be any reservation of the medical quota seats for children of ESI workers in ESI Hospitals..

In all government medical College , 15% seats are reserved for AIQ and the remaining 85% seats are for state quota. So as per the cut off of neet 2020 , , minimum marks required for general category aspirant was in between 720-147 that is 50 percentile.

Since you have mentioned in your profile that you belong to Telangana.
With 312 marks in OBC category, you have decent chance to get a seat in BHMS course
Moreover, there is slightly less chance in government BHMS college than private BHMS college

The general rule of MBBS & BDS Admission is that 15% of total Intake government colleges (MBBS & BDS) seats ,100% All India Deemed Medical & Dental Colleges seats & 50% Central university colleges seats are filled from All India Counselling. These seats are available for all candidates who have qualified NEET. Any state candidates can take admission to anywhere in India through All India Quota.
85% of Government Medical & dental (MBBS & BDS) & 100% of private Medical & Dental colleges seats are filled through respective state & those seats are available to respective state candidates who are staying or studying in particular that state.
General Eligibility Criteria to participate in any State Quota Counselling:
1. If you have Domicile of that particular State.
2. If you have Completed 10th or 12th Board from any School of that particular State.
You need to fulfill either of the above Condition to participate in State Quota Counselling of any State for Government Medical Colleges Seats. But for Private Medical Colleges Seats every State have their own Eligibility Criteria.
There are few states that are open for admission for non-domicile candidates, like Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, etc.
