Hello aspirant,

According to the rules, You won't be eligible to participate for the 2nd round of NEET counselling if you have omitted the 1st round of counselling.

I would suggest you to look for other options to get admission in college.

hello!! I have already completed the registration and payment process in bihar counselling process for neet 2020.....but the choice filling/college preference option is still not visible. or whether it will be visible after the merit list declaration by the state? please guide us.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have paid the counselling fee and the choice filling is yet to be done.

As per my knowledge the choice filling for Bihar state neet 2020 has not yet started. First they will release the provisional state merit
