It is difficult to predict the exact colleges for All India Quota, however based upon the category rank that you have scored you have chances for government and private colleges on All India basis. For government colleges the chances are not so great as compared to private colleges.

For General category - 720-147
For General PH - 146-129
For SC/ST/OBC - 146-113
For SC/ST/OBC PH - 128-113
As of now, there is no sign of revising the cutoff marks.

Last year, the cut off for BCB category in Telangana was around 465 marks .
And this year, the cut off will increase even more due to easy standard of paper.

The UT Quota is not applicable in 15% All India Counselling by MCC. However if we talk about General Category then on these marks chances are low for securing BDS Seat in a Government Dental College under 15% All India Quota.

It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs differ for each category, for general category you have chances for private medical colleges for management quota seats preferably. As per last years cutoff, there are very less chances of getting MBBS seat in any college through both AIQ and State Quota. Howvever you have chances of getting BDS. I will list some of the colleges for you.
