The UT Quota is not applicable in 15% All India Counselling by MCC. However if we talk about General Category then on these marks chances are low for securing BDS Seat in a Government Dental College under 15% All India Quota.

It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs differ for each category, for general category you have chances for private medical colleges for management quota seats preferably. For government colleges you have almost no chances. For previous year cutoffs, check the link here-
