NEET 2022
Hello Aspirant,
As we all know already how fast NEET cut-off is changing every year so predicting before and get stuck to it would be unfair. We can predict only on the basis of previous year's cut-off .
According to previous year cut-off the All India Closing Rank of PIMS, Jalandhar was 34999 for general category , since you have not mentioned your category considering you general.
As you are from Punjab , through 85% state quota ,general category last year cut off was 580 , for OBC 550 and for BC 515 . So you may get a seat amongst 160 seats offered by PIMS,Jalandhar in 2nd round or 3rd round probably , but dont worry your marks are good and cut off may vary this year.
If not keep a back plan for colleges like :
GMC , Amritsar
Government Medical college , Patiala
CMC, Ludhiana

Hello aspirant,
With a score of 250, you have a very few options to choose from, in private medical colleges. However, I am mentioning their names as well as their previous year's cut off score-
FH Medical College, Agra- 234
Integral Medical College, Lucknow- 250
Careers Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow- 251
As you can see, you have very low chances of getting into a government or even private colleges as cut off changes every year based on number of students attempting the paper, category of the student and difficulty level of the exam. A safe score for private colleges is 350-400 for your category.
And at your score, you can get only deemed medical colleges.
Other deemed medical colleges you can get into, based on your score are listed below-
Dr. DY Patil, Pune- 229
Aarupadai Veedu, Pondicherry- 160
Vinayaka Missions, Karaikal- 190
ACS Medical College, Chennai- 182

Dear aspirant
It is to be noted that the minimum cutoff for different colleges changes every year on the grounds of various factors. So it's difficult to predict the minimum score required to get admission to a BNYS course in any Government college.
But according to last year's report, the minimum cut-off for different categories at all India quota is
This cutoff will reduce when it comes under the state quota. Since you haven't mentioned which category you belong to there are chances you may get into government colleges on the basis of your reservations.
Hope this will help you, hoping the best for your future.

Hello Aspirant
According to the 2016 Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, candidates with Bench Marked Disabilities are eligible for 5 percent of seats under the All India Quota.
5,411 candidates in the 2020 election were people with disabilities. Only 4,953 students showed up for the exam, though. 2,186 candidates in total passed the test.
