Since it is clearly mentioned in the NEET 2020 exam guidelines that the thumb impression should be clear and not smudged. So there may be a problem at the time of result. So it is suggested to go on a safer side and get another print of admit card

There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, it is your choice to take your admit card in black and white or in colour , when you take print in colour the details in the admit card will visible clearly. So

On the day of examination, only the identify of the candidate is verified in order to ensure that the correct candidate is giving the exam and not someone else. It has nothing to do with your parent's identify. So don't worry it won't be a problem.

While printing, go to the margin setting in the print box and increase the top margin only (to 13 points if u print from Firefox browser). The whole content moves downwards occupying the space given below and u get enough space to paste 4"x7" postcard photo.
