Coming to your thumb impression on admit card should be some before entering to the examination hall , it can't be do during examination or in examination hall, the only thing is you need to put signature for attendance that to in presence of invigilator.

I would like to inform you that there is no as such option to check. However you can appear one hour prior to the reporting time to get your identity verified. There is no as such a big issue in remembering whether you have filled the customary dress code
If your specs are prescribed by doctor they are allowed in the NEET exam. But the specs should be simple. They should not be too fancy.
