Your question is what code you'll be referring to in the neet form. Since you have enrolled in a bachelor's degree your code will be 5 it is for the one who has passed the first year of bachelor's degree from a recognized university with physics chemistry and biology.

First you should check that the number you have provided in the  website is correct or not. If correct then you should try to verify your number someother time. Now if didn't happen at a later time also then I would recommend you to switch the sim from the phone

Due to some other reason NTA have provided such option. But in general there are no such quota for girl child. Mainly there are reserved seats for EWS, OBC, SC, ST and there can be some specified seats such as for Army brats etc. But there are no such quota
