As of now the NEET exam dates or registration dates have not been declared. Due to the COVID pandemic, it caused the postponements in the release of NEET 2021 exam date. However NTA will release the exam dates of NEET 2021 along with the official brochure any day now on the official website ntaneet.nic.in
The NEET Application Form 2021 can be filled in five simple steps- NEET registration, filling of application, uploading of scanned images, payment of application fee, and a printout of the confirmation page.

The qualifying codes of NEET-UG 2021 describes the qualifying examination which an applicant has passed. So when you register for the examination you will have to select a suitable code.

See till now National Testing Agency which is the conducting authority for NEET, has not released any notification for NEET 2021 and until any notifications get released by we cannot help you with exact dates but yes we can help you out with the application process for it which is explained below and also the list of documents which you wil need during the NEET 2021 Application process is enlisted below :-

->Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
->Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
->Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate (100-300 Kb in JPG Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-50 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (50-300 Kb in JPG Format).
->Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
->Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

No, Neet 2021 application form has not been released yet. Neet 2021 application form will be released at its official website i. e ntaneet . nic . in , but the exact date for the release of neet application form has not been announced as of now.
There is delay in the release of your neet application form due to delayed events of neet 2020 like delayed counselling and also due to covid .
Your neet application form is expected to be released by the end of february 2021, for example for neet 2018 , application form was released on 8th February but these are mere expectations, so for exact dates we need to wait for the notification from NTA regarding the same.
Once, the application form gets released you will be able to fill it in online mode at the official website of neet i. e ntaneet . nic . in and for that you need to go through 5 steps i. e
*neet registration to generate your login credentials,
*then fill the form,
* and after that you need to go for uploading your documents,
* then pay the application fee
*and finally you should take the printout of confirmation page
And, to be eligible for filling the form you should be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021 and should be either appearing for 12th board 2021 or should have passed it with English and PCB with at least 50% in aggregate of PCB in case if you are from general or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB in case if you are from obc/sc or st category Till the application form gets released you should continue your neet preparation, go well through the chapters , solve numericals and mcqs after finishing each chapter, follow a timetable to avoid wastage of time and once you are done with your neet syllabus focus on revision and then go through previous year question papers and mock test papers.

Biology is the most important Subject when it comes to NEET examination, along with Physics and Chemistry as these are the mandatory subjects with each student it must have in order to apply for or Medical Admission Test.
