Part of your query is not clear.NEET is conducted once in a year and the notification will be out in the month of December tentatively.NEET UG 2020 registrations are already over so there is not chance to apply for it.You may have to wait and apply for NEET UG 2021.The dates are not yet announced for NEET 2021. Coming to your second question for admission in Medicine and it's allied courses there is only one entrance exam that is NEET, there are other entrance exams which PCB candidate give for admission in courses like B.Pharmacy, B.Sc nursing.It depends on the answering your third question you can join Indian Army as a Doctor after completion of your course in AFMC, Pune. Admission is given considering NEET score.You need to apply for AFMC counselling on basis of NEET score.

You have not mentioned your category so I will assume that you belong to general category

For a candidate to participate in NEET, he /she should score atleast 50% in physics, chemistry, biology.

For SC ,ST category,it is required to score minimum 40%

If you belong to general category and you score around 350 marks in NEET exam then too there is no chance for you to get admission in BDS course in any average colleges of India because the cutoff of general category students ends around 450 marks.With this marks it is highly impossible for you to get a seat in BDS in colleges in India.You can get a seat in BDS through donations only.
