NEET Application
Hello,
NEET is one of the famous entrance exam for getting admission in Medical college. All the students who posses interest in medical field should must attempt these entrance exam for getting the best medical college of India.
As we all know that counselling procedure of each and every colleges are quite different but one is common among them that is verification of all documents as provided by the students during their registration process.
Now coming to your point of view that, you have got your exam center. During registration to get exam center process, NO ONE matches your details from your aadhar card to the information which were provided by you. These all the information are verified during the counselling periods, thats why you get your exam center without any problem.
You must attempt this year and seat in counselling procedure and show your all relevant documents their and provide DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE and your 10th MARK SHEET which prove your DATE OF BIRTH and change your date of birth in your AADHAR CARD.
GOOD LUCK !
The details that you enter in the NEET application form should match with the one in your Identity proof or the uploaded documents. Of all, it should match with your 10th marks sheet because 10th marksheet words as the proof of date of Birth. This is unfortunate but the chances of you receiving your admit card when the mentioned details do not match with the one in the uploaded document are less. You might not receive your admit card. Even if you get the admit card, on the day of the exam when you take your admit card, the checking personnel might not allow you inside due to the discrepancy in the date of birth mentioned in the Admit card and the one in Aadhar card. You may have to appear for NEET 2021 as eitherways the chances of you appearing for NEET 2020 are quite less as the basic Personal details are wrong and mismatch..
Hello Aspirant,
For NEET application your 12th percentage matters which should be above 60% for General category now if you have entered your CGPA by mistake then it would be accepted and if it would not be accepted then you will receive an e-mail from NTA requesting you to made the required changes and if you have not received an e-mail till now then they might have accepted your application or it is under process.
You need not worry because now this is the headache of NTA because if they will find any kind of error in your application they would inform you and request you to correct that error and if you will not made it by the time then your application will be rejected.
So just stay focused n your preparations.
I hope this information cleared your doubts.
Good Luck!!
Sunil, NTA has opened the correction window thrice until now the last one being closed on July 15th. If you haven't corrected the error these 3 times, unfortunately, there is nothing much that can be done at this point in time. Because NTA has been clear that it will not entertain any requests for changes in the application form once the correction window has been closed nor will make changes to the application on its own. And also to answer your question, you cannot have different information at different stages of NEET application, Counselling, etc. Once you appear for NEET and the merit list has been released, it is released based on the Category you chose at the time of filling the NEET application form and the Counselling process also follows the same Category that you have chosen and unfortunately you do not have an option to change your Category for All India or State Counselling. And the document verification centres do not have the authority to make changes to whatsoever fields. They verify the information mentioned on the application form and check for the relevant documents and if you do not have them, they make a note of it and then the document verification will remain incomplete.
Have you filled in PWD option in the NEET application form? If yes, then please reach out to NTA helpdesk at: neet @ nta .ac.in from your registered email id. Also attach a copy of your PWD certificate. They will look into it. But if you haven't selected PWD option in your NEET application form, then it might not come in the Admit card. But please do mail NTA from your registered email id and they will help you. NTA usually takes 24-72 hours to respond to the mails. But do not worry. They will respond.
