Complete NEET UG 2022 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-
** Very first step is to visit the official website as given above and click on "New registration" button.
** Then you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images.
** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

No, there's no problem if the signature in your neet application form and in your bank is different. Just make sure that you use same same sign as in your neet application process in the complete admission process like signing the attendance sheet in NEET examination .

DPS Janakipuram is a private school affiliated to CBSE board , New Delhi. So in NEET UG 2022 application form you have to opt as private unaided in School type and CBSE, New Delhi in the section of board from which school is affiliated.
If you are goin to appear for board examinations of class 12th this year then you should fill your NEET UG qualification code as 01 and if you already have passed then enter the code as 02.

If you are preparing for the NEET UG 2020 entrance exam on your own then you can choose the self-study option. In case you are attending any coaching classes for NEET then you need to choose the coaching option. It will not affect your candidature you just need to choose through which mode you are preparing.

See if you belongs to either OBC-NCL or EWS then only you should have uploaded the caste certificate issued on or after January 1st, 2022 else for other categories it is ok to upload the certificate issued before January 1st, 2022 but it should be valid.
If you have uploaded either OBC-NCL or EWS certificate issued before January 1st, 2022 then you can definitely upload self declaration during the NEET UG correction window.
NOTE :---
OBC-NCL and EWS certificates that are to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st 2022 according to the latest guidelines of Government of India.
********** In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the EWS candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of Gen-EWS Certificate at (Appendix - IXB) in Information bulletin] to that effect (Reference: No.F.No.20013/01/2018-BC-II)

You do not need to worry about Uploading your Finger print, because you can do so even with your smart phone.
Follow these below steps to upload your Finger print in your NEET Application form :
1) Take a white paper, dip your thumb in any ink preferably blue and paste it over paper..By this you will be able to get your thumb impression on a paper ..
2) Scan that paper using any scanning app..
3) Go to application form page and click on browse than open that folder in which you have saved that pic.
4) select that pic and upload it.

You need to choose the code 02 while filling neet 2022 application form
This is because,
Though you are doing BAMS your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2
While, those who have passed 1st year of 3 year graduation with all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
